Our Story

Uplio was founded on the belief that employees are a company's most valuable, yet often untapped, marketing asset. We saw corporate brands struggling for reach while individual employee posts thrived.

The challenge wasn't a lack of willingness from employees, but a lack of effective tools. We built Uplio to simplify the entire process: curating approved content, ensuring compliance, and making sharing effortless for every team member.

August 2023
First version of Uplio (Content Tool)

Uplio started as a simple tool focused on making LinkedIn content creation easier for individuals, addressing issues like formatting and language barriers.

October 2023
Pivot to Employee Advocacy

After hearing feedback from our first clients, we pivoted the platform to focus entirely on the more pressing need: providing a scalable, compliant Employee Advocacy solution for B2B teams.

January 2024
Hired our first Dev

To accelerate our roadmap and build out the compliance and analytics features required for enterprise advocacy, our first software engineer joined Uplio.

May 2024
Launched Advocacy Features

We officially launched our core features for content distribution, approval workflows, and detailed reporting, welcoming our first large corporate teams.
